... to Briarcroft Fishery Holiday Lodge.

Opened in January 2010, this brand new self-catering holiday lodge overlooks the smaller of our two fishing lakes on a quiet rural site in the beautiful Wyre countryside.

The fishery and timber holiday lodge are located in the picturesque village of St Michael's on Wyre with its ancient church and riverside walks, part of the longer Wyre Way walk, which can be accessed approximately 100 metres from the door of the lodge.

There is a pub serving food within easy walking distance of the lodge and guests can choose to stroll there either along the river bank, located at the rear of the fishery or along the road.  The village also has a cafe within walking distance of the lodge.

We are approximately 20-30 minutes away from Blackpool, Lancaster and Preston.  The M6 & M55 motorways are located approximately 10-15 minutes away giving access to areas such as the Lake District (approx 1 hour away).

The Fylde and Wyre coastlines (including Lytham, St Anne's, Blackpool, Cleveleys and Fleetwood) and areas such as the Trough of Bowland, Forest of Bowland AONB and Ribble Valley are also easily accessed from the lodge.
